Transpersonal Counseling
Transpersonal Counseling incorporates psychological counseling with the added dimension of the transpersonal, beyond (trans) ego & personality. It combines the ordinary human experience with an expanded framework of non-ordinary experiences, such as mystical, spiritual, religious and altered states of consciousness. In this process the client learns to detach from limited ego identity, releasing unhealthy patterns along the way, and to connect & identify with the inner teacher/healer to become more integrated and empowered.
Susannah offers sessions for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, traumas, addictions, relationship issues, identity issues, life purpose issues, spiritual growth and conscious evolution.
She is a well trained and highly experienced counselor, grounded in traditional counseling methods such as rational-emotive, cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, Jungian psychological therapy. She is a Certified Hynotherapist and Licensed Qualified HeartMath Instructor. Susannah is also trained in the transpersonal work of Psychosynthesis, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and is currently studying Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
